  Please print and fill out the following forms for the sale of Hametz. Feel free to print a copy for friends, customers, coworkers, neighbors, and relatives. PLEASE RETURN THESE TO RABBI ELKIN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!! Every year there are people who bring them in too late for us to sell their Hametz to a non-Jew.

• Sephardi Kosher for Passover Products List

  This a list of products which do not contain hametz, but do contain corn, rice, or bean products. The items on this list are kosher for Passover for Sephardic community members.

  The list is compiled by JSOR (Jersey Shore Orthodox Rabbis), a group of Syrian Rabbis from Deal, NJ. It includes whole rice, baby formulas, and many important products that do not have a Kosher for Passover certification from the large Kashrut certification organizations only because they are not appropriate for consumption by members of the Ashkenaz community. For Ashkenazim corn, rice and beans are prohibited foods during Passover.
